The Wildflower Cafe in Talkeetna, Alaska is another wonderful restaurant. Years ago I was told the Presidential Chef for George Bush, Sr. was the chef here. I never learned if that was true, but the food is excellent, and the deck is a wonderful way to enjoy the town.

If you're in Talkeetna, Alaska, and you'd love to go for a little horse ride, look no further than Talkeetna Trail Rides, located at the end of the main street, down by the beach entrance. I've never been on a horse in my life, but I always see people taking these horse rides around Talkeetna.
