About this website
This website was created by Alvin J. Alexander. I made what turned out to be a temporary move to Talkeetna, Alaska for the summer of 2007, and then moved back to Alaska in February of 2010. I currently reside in Wasilla, Alaska, but I'm looking forward to moving to a smaller community this fall, probably Palmer, Homer, Seward, Willow, or possibly even Talkeetna again.
I used to be a combination of business owner, business analyst, software designer, and computer programmer, but these days I earn my living by writing, with most of my current writing showing up on a website known as devdaily.com. It's a website for programmers using Java, Perl, Ruby, and PHP, and users of Unix and Linux computer systems. This article on how to declare, initialize, and iterate over a Java String array is one of my most recent works.
